This dynamic duo started J&R as a humble quarry on their land, initially serving concrete and landscaping companies with bulk aggregate materials. John’s visionary leadership in the field combined with Silvana’s meticulous management of accounting, taxes, HR, office management, procurement, fulfillment, customer service, and logistics have been instrumental in the company’s rapid growth and success.
